Ingredients

  1. 5carrots
  2. 2 tablespoonstoasted sesame oil
  3. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  4. 3 tablespoonssushi rice vinegar
  5. Blonde and black sesame seeds
  6. Green onion
  7. Juice of half a lemon (or more to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the carrots, then use a vegetable peeler to make carrot ribbons.

    Finely chop the green onion and add it to the carrots. Season with the other ingredients.

    Toast the sesame seeds in a skillet and add them to the mixture.
