Start by rinsing and boiling the rice till they are 80% cooked.

Add the yellow colour while rice are boiling.

Strain the rice till all the steam blows out.

Add ghee and the strained rice to a pan along with sugar powder.

Sprinkle elaichi powder and saffron strand to the rice and mix. Add a milk and cook for 3 minutes.

Garnish with some raisins and the sweet pulav is ready to serve.
