Falahari chutney aloo
Steps

Break aloo into med pcs, keep aside.

Take a mixer jar, add all the given ingredients of chutney one by one. Add lil water grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

Take a wok, add ghee or oil, heat it. Add chutney, stir it. In goes salt, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until oil has oozed out.

Mix red chilli powder with dahi, whisk it, add in the masala, mix it well.

Cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it until oil has surfaced.

Open the lid, add aloo, stir fry it for a minute.

Add 3 cup water, mix it well. Give a boil. Keep boiling for 5 minutes.

Cook it covered on low flame for 7 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl. Can be paired with kuttu ata poori...
