1cup, dry, red wine or grape juice
1tablespoon. Basil leaves, chopped
Halfteaspoon salt
1medium onion, chopped
2large cloves garlic, chopped
1 (8 ounce)canned tomato sauce

Heat oven to 375°. Cook chicken until done. Let’s stand for 10 minutes.

Wild chicken is cooking. Mix remaining ingredients in 1/2 quart sauce pan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with chicken.
