1 tablespoonolive oil
1large onion, sliced one cup
1clove, garlic, crushed
1jalapeño chili, finally chopped
2medium yellow summer squash, sliced 4 cups
2medium zucchini, sliced 4 cups
4 cups (1 inch)piece patty pan squash
3 cups (1 inch)pieces green beans
1 cupcorn
1 tablespoonchopped thyme leaves
2 cans (15 ounce)kidney beans undrained

Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium high heat. Cook onion, garlic, and chili in oil about two minutes, parentheses stirring occasionally until tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until squash is tender.
