Ingredients

  • For masala
  • 2 tspnOil
  • 1 noChopped onion
  • 2 nosChopped tomato
  • small pieceGinger
  • Garlic 4 Nos
  • 1/2 tspnTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspnChilli powder
  • 1 tspnGaram masala
  • 50 mlWater
  • For gravy
  • 3 tspnOil
  • 1 pcCinnamon
  • 2 nos Cloves
  • 1 noBay leaf
  • 1/2 tspnFennel seeds
  • 1 cupBoiled chana
  • Coriander leaves

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a kadai add oil, onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, masala powder and water cook high flame in 6 minutes. And then put in the blunder and grind.

    In a kadai add oil, all the spices, masala paste, boiled chana cook high flame in 2 minutes and then add coriander leaves.
