Soak chick pea overnight and whistle 3-4.Adding salt and soda.
Roast peanuts in 1tsp.oil add black salt red chilli powder and salt. Chopped all vegetables. - 2
Take a mixing bowl.Wash and chopped Babugosha.Squeeze Lemon and mix it well.
Add Masala peanuts boiled chick pea Grated carrot Pomogranate seeds seedsless chopped tomato 🍅 chopped cucumber 🥒 chopped purple cabbage 💜 mix it well. - 3
Add black salt red chilli powder salt chaat masala and tamrind jeggary chutney. Lastly add mint leaves and serve. Tasty healthy colour ful Babugosha Chaat /Salad is ready to serve. GARNISH WITH INDIAN PEAR SLICES. 🍐
