This is a very simple, healthy and delicious recipe so can be prepared easily. Here, only sambar masala is used and it gives the dry curry/subzi a different and unique taste. This recipe goes well with Poori Paratha, Roti and steamed rice.

This is a very simple, healthy and delicious recipe so can be prepared easily. Here, only sambar masala is used and it gives the dry curry/subzi a different and unique taste. This recipe goes well with Poori Paratha, Roti and steamed rice.

Arrange and assemble the ingredients as required. Wash and chop green beans.

Heat oil and splutter ponch phutan. Add sliced onions, both green and red chillies and curry leaves. Add hing and fry onion till translucent.

Add chopped potatoes, chopped fresh beans,

Then mix turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder as per choice. Mix well and cook on low flame. Then add Samba masala powder.

Mix well and cook covered. Add sprouts of green moong and cook covered after mixing with the veggies. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
