In a bowl 🥣 Mix barley flour, add a lukewarm water for making dough soft for kneading.

Now, add little salt to the mixture and knead the dough again.
Keep the dough aside for 15- 20 minutes. - 3
Then, divide the dough into small parts and make balls out of the dough.

Cook the chapatis over a hot griddle.
