I love "clean out the fridge" recipes—not just because they help prevent waste, but because they spark creativity. Here’s my version, but feel free to use whatever you have on hand.

Cut the day-old bread into cubes and place in a bowl with the milk. Cut the cured meats and cheese into pieces and add them to the bread.

Add the egg and a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt, and mix everything well with a fork.

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, spreading it evenly.

Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes, flipping the casserole halfway through. You can also serve it cold.
