Ingredients

About 2 hours
4 servings
  1. 300-400 glamb meat (chopped mutton)
  2. 1 cuplentil
  3. 1large onion 🧅
  4. 1medium potato
  5. 2 tablespoonstomato paste 🥫
  6. 10dried plum
  7. 1/3 cupverjuice
  8. 0.5 teaspoonturmeric
  9. 1 pinchcinnamon powder
  10. 0.5 teaspoonsalt
  11. 0.5 teaspoonblack pepper
  12. 4-5 tablespoonsoil

Cooking Instructions

About 2 hours
  1. 1

Stir fry chopped onion in oil. Add turmeric.

  2. 2

After 10 minutes add meat, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Stir fry it for 10 more minutes.

  3. 3

After the meat color changes and is slightly fried, add 2 cups of water.

  4. 4

Add the lentils to the boiling water. (I used half a cup of lentils.)
Cover and let the lentils cook.
    Steamed camera!😄

  5. 5

Then add tomato paste and chopped potatoes. You can fry the potatoes separately and put them on the stew at the end, but in this case, the stew will be runny.

  6. 6

In the last 30 minutes, add plums and let simmer for 30 minutes.

  7. 7

Serve with pilaf or flat bread.
    That's it.
