Ingredients

  1. Tigernut (ofio/Aya)
  2. Dates palm/almond nut/Dabino
  3. Ginger
  4. Cloves
  5. stickCinnamon
  6. Pineapple
  7. Banana
  8. Condensed milk (optional)

  1. 1

    Soak your dried tigernut for 3 days and change the water daily.if fresh tigernut then soak for 24hors
    (NB:wash before soaking)

  2. 2

    Soak your dates for 24hours and keep aside,then remove the seed in other not to spoil your blender

  3. 3

    Break your coconut and cut into tiny pieces,peel and cut your ginger,cut your cinnamon stick into pieces,cut your pineapple and banana into favourable size and rinse the ones that is needed to be wash

  4. 4

    Put all your ingredient in the blender and blend until smooth
    Don't add too much cloves not to ruin the tasye

  5. 5

    Sieve to separate the chaff from the liquid

  6. 6

    Add your condensed milk and leave in the freezer to be chilled and refreshing

  7. 7

    After you try this recipe you will thank me
