Lemon Coriander Rice

Wash and soak rice for 20min.
Boil water and cook rice adding salt and lemon juice. 🍋 Cook80%And strain. - 2
Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped ginger chilli.Now add 2tbsp. chopped coriander saute.
Add chopped carrot and saute for 2min. - 3
Now add rice black pepper crushed lemon zest and gently stir. Add salt chopped corriander and saute for 2min.
Turn off flame and squeeze lemon. Stir and serve. - 4
Tasty healthy Lemon coriander rice is ready to serve.Serve Hot.
