Sprouted Ragi flour laddu

Take all the needed ingredients.

Soak the washed whole ragi overnight. Drain the water in the morning and make a potli and leave it for 24 hrs.

After 24hrs it's sprouted. Spread the sprouted ragi on a plate and sundry it for 1 or 2 days.

Then dryroast around 10mts. Once it cools,Grind nicely. Seive and store for a month.

In a hot pan add ghee and sprouted ragi flour. Once the flour hot,add grinded coconut and cardamom. Mix well.roast around 2mts and keep.aside. Now you can add grated nuts.

Now in a hot pan add 1/4cup water and jaggery,melt. Cook until it gives 1string consistency. Filter it.

Now pour the hot syrup on the flour little by little. Mix with spatula. All combined well. Make a laddu,while it's hot.

That's all. Tasty and Healthy sprouted ragi flour laddu is ready.
