So today I made a loose Bundi..

Steps

Sieve the gram Flour together with soda by carb..
Add water little by little and make medium thick better.
Cover it and give rest for 10 minutes. - 2
In the meantime make sugar syrup..
In kadai add sugar and water and stir till sugar dissolves in the water.
Boil the syrup on slow flame till it gets a little sticky like honey..
(Not to make any string Chashni)
Remove from the gas..
Add cardamom powder and cover it. - 3
Now let's make bundi..
Heat the oil in a pan on a slow flame..
Whisk the better until it gets bit lighter and colour changes into light yellow.
Take a ladle full of better and start making bundi with a ladle strainer.from that, drops of better comes out from the hole.
Fry them on medium to high flame,then remove them in the bowl. - 4
When all the bundis are done,
Transfer them into the sugar syrup add almond flakes and raisins.mix well and leave for two hours to sock the syrup..
Then Remove the bundis in a glass tray..
Sprinkle again Almond flakes and raisins..
Bundis are ready to serve..
Serve hot or cold and enjoy your festivals..👌😋👍🏻🙏 - 5
