Cooking Instructions
- 1
Knead those chicken meatball ingredients! Use a food processor if you have one. Finely chop the leek and carrot.
- 2
When you're done mixing, it should look like this.
- 3
Put the dashi stock ingredients into an earthenware pot and bring to a boil. Form small meatballs, drop into the pot, and let simmer.
- 4
Put the other ingredients into the pot. Anything is fine!
- 5
Once everything is nice and soft, it's time to eat I recommend using the leftovers to make ramen noodles.

My family loves these chicken meatballs. I've been just making them without following a fixed recipe, but I measured everything to commemorate (?) the beginning of hot pot season and uploaded the recipe. The textures of the green onions, shiso and sesame seeds add lots of flavor, so I'd love for you to try these meatballs.Knead the mixture very well, with lots of love. This recipe leaves you with 1/2 an egg left over, so I always make double the amount and we just eat it up in one sitting, or I freeze half a batch. Chicken Meatball and Chinese Cabbage Hot Pot Chicken Meatball and Chinese Cabbage Hot Pot
Chicken meatballs are usually just boiled, but I thought browning them in a pan would make them really tasty. It was a big success. When browning the chicken meatballs, make sure you brown them well over high heat. You could also just simmer the chicken meatballs without browning them. In that case, simmer them for about 10 minutes. You can add any other ingredients you like. Recipe by Tsuyuneburi cookpad.japan -

I'm not that happy with storebought nabe soup, and you have to buy a lot of it anyway, so I thought that if I made the soup myself I could save money and adjust the flavor to our tastes too. This makes a lot of soup stock, so keep some on reserve and add it to the pot later on when there isn't much left in there. This way the flavors won't get too thin and it's very convenient. For 4 to 5 servings. Recipe by Kazukun mama cookpad.japan -

Delicious Deep Fried Pork Meatballs Delicious Deep Fried Pork Meatballs
I made fried meatballs using ground pork. I used less breadcrumbs than I use when making hamburgers. They're delicious so I uploaded the recipe.By adding a small amount of ketchup and katakuriko to the ground meat, the meatballs become soft and delicious.Season the meat mixture well with salt and pepper. You can coat the meatballs without using flour or egg.If you wipe out the container you used to mix the ground meat before adding breadcrumbs to it to coat the meatballs, you can reduce the number of things to wash up. For about 30 meatballs. Recipe by Nanohana uchan cookpad.japan
