In a large sauce pan, add the following: fill pan 3/4 full with cold water. Once the water is fully boiling, add 2 tbs of salt. Continue to boil for a minute or two, then add the pasta to cook.

When pasta is cooked, drain & rinse the pasta with cold water. Put into a large bowl & set aside.

In a medium-size bowl, add the following: mayonnaise, diced pepper, garlic aioli, salt, pepper, garlic powder, celery, tuna fish, onion, seasoning salt, celery salt, & horseradish & mix well.

Now pour the tuna mixture into the pasta & carefully mix well.

Store in refrigerator with lid until ready to eat.
