Wash and cut spiny gourd

In a vassal, hot mustard oil crackle Cumin seeds, fennel seeds, asafoetida

Add cut spiny gourd with salt and turmeric

Cook coverd, let it cook for 5,7 minutes till soft,stir in mean while

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchor powder cook for 5 minutes so that spice mix well,,

Serve with chapties
