Steps

Wash and Sock the mung in hot water for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the onion,tomato, chilli garlic and ginger.
Make a paste of dry spices like chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric in the 3 tblsp of water.
Keep everything ready. - 2
Drain the Sock water and wash again the mung.
In a pressure cooker add oil, Bay leaf red chilli, cinnamon mustard and cumin seeds together with hing,let it splutter, then add curry leaves,ginger, garlic chilli, saute for a minute then add onion,tomato and salt, saute till tomato gets softened. - 3
Now add mung with water, let the water boil, add spice paste and fresh coriander.
Mix well and cover the lid,cook till 4-5 whistles.. - 4
When the cooker cools down,open the lid, add kitchen king masala and lemon juice, mix well, let the mung on the gas for another 2 minutes,then switch off the flame.
Transfer into a bowl.
Sprinkle coriander and serve with Chapati or rice..
