Ingredients

room temp mar.

2 servings

2fresh garden JUICY tomatoes, wedged
1cucumber sliced in quarters
2large cloves garlic, crushed/pressed
2 slicessweet onion in quarters
2sliced, seed-in jalapenos
3+ tbsp. White Vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp.Vegetable. Oil
1/2 tspdried oregano
1 tsp.Mustard
1/2-1 tspwhite sugar, to taste
1goodish amount of salt, and fresh cracked pepper
5-7or more Kalamata olives
Feta to top

Make the dressing in the bowl, mix. Add tomatoes and vegetable. Let marinate for a while. I like room temp.
