It's corn season in 🇨🇦, and I love Korean Corn Cheese and who doesn't love ramen. I paired this with grilled chicken to make it a complete meal ♡ soooo creamy and delicious . The recipe is easily doubled up to serve more. Add one more pkg of ramen, ear of corn etc per person

Cook your ramen according to pkg drain most of the water and add seasoning packet. Add the tsp of chili oil. Set aside.

In a pan, on medium heat, add all your corn ingredients except mozzarella cheese and green onion.

Bring everything to a bubble until the cream cheese and mayo, etc, become creamy

Add your mozzarella cheese and top the pan with a lid to melt the cheese. Turn heat to low. Once melted ; garnish with green onions

Add ramen to a serving bowl, top the ramen with some of that cream corn mixture, and serve hot!

Again I added a grilled chicken breast for a complete meal.
