Faradi Kela Wafers
An appropriate recipe for the festive season
Steps
- 1
Wash and peel raw banana, one at a time. Make the solution and masala mix. Heat oil for frying.
- 2
Slice 1/2 raw banana carefully into the oil directly. Note keep gas flame slow while slicing. Grease the tip of the banana for better slicing.
- 3
Now carefully add 1/2 tsp of the sendha namak solution. Note oil can splash, so do this step cautiously. When the splashing subsides, turn and fry the wafers well. Take out the wafers when crispy, from the oil.
- 4
Place on a paper ans sprinkle masala on the hot wafers. Mix well.
- 5
Your pure faradi homemade kela wafers are ready. Store in airtight box and enjoy.
