Kadhahi Paneer recipe in restaurant style in a two simple step. Firstly chop and dice every ingredients mentioned above in the ingredient list. Once done take a wok add 1tbsp oil and 3-4 tbsp butter and allow the butter to melt. You can make this in oil only but butter kind of enhance the dish. When gets heated add cumin seeds and whole red chilli to it. Break the chilli in 3-4 pieces so that it gives the maximum flavour and colour to the dish. Then add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies

Saute it for 2 minutes don't let it change it's colour. Now add onions and cook it till it gets soft and translucent. Then add the powdered spices mentioned in the kadhahi masala and mix well followed by crushed tomatoes. Give a good mix to it and add 1/4 cup water then mix again then cover it and cook on high flame till the oil oozes out. Stir in between so that it won't stick to the pan. Once done take it out in a bowl.

Now make a dry kadhai masala from the ingredients mentioned in the dry masala section. Coarsely grind it in a mixer grinder in pulses just one or two or do it in a motar and pastle and keep it aside. Now in the same wok add 2-3 tbsp butter and allow it to melt.Then add ginger, garlic and green chillies to it in the quantity mentioned above in the ingredient section saute it for a minute or two. Then add half of the grounded masala and mix well. Now add the veggies one by one.

Add the deseeded tomatoes diced bell peppers and layered onions and mix well. Now add the rectangular shape paneer to it followed by remaining half of the crushed spices and mix well. Now add the prepared kadhahi masala and give a good mix but gently otherwise the paneer will break down add salt to taste and half cup water and mix them again very well. Cover it and allow it to boil. Then lower the flame and cook for 5 minutes. Finally add beaten cream and mix again. Off the flame and serve hot.

Make sure that all the veggies are on crunchy side don't overcook them. Serve it with roti/naan/paratha or anything you like.
