Sweet Papaya Jam

Slice the Papaya into half and then make small pieces.

To a pan, add the papaya pieces and sugar and cook them until the sugar completely melts.

Now blend the hot mixture using a blender so the jam smoothens and add lemon juice. (Lemon juice will work as a preservative.)

Cook for more 8-10 minutes till the water completely burns out. You can add orange/red edible colour for a darker shade, I like the colour it caught. The Jam is ready now, cool it down totally and it can be stored it refrigerator.
