3 servings

100 gramsThinly sliced pork
3 sliceCamembert cheese
1Salt and pepper
The coating:
2 tbspFlour
1/2egg Egg
3 tbspPanko

Steps

Spread out the pork meat, and season with salt and pepper.

Roll up each piece of cheese in the meat. Make them as round as possible. Bread in flour, egg, and flour in that order.

Fry the rolls in oil. They are done once they turn golden brown. These taste good dipped in ketchup .
