Sauce:
200 gyogurt
0.5 tspDijon mustard
2 tbspchopped dill
2yolks
3-4 clovesgarlic

Grate ham, cheese, carrots and apple on a coarse grater. Steam the raisins.

Prepare the sauce. Add two boiled yolks, finely grated dill, Philadelphia, mustard and dill to natural yogurt. Mix thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous mass similar to mayonnaise.

Mix ham, cheese, apple and carrots with sauce. Place on a flat dish in the shape of an egg.

Drain the water from the raisins and dry. Cover the top of the “egg”. Garnish with a mesh of sauce and walnuts.

P.S. My ham is very salty, so I don’t add salt anywhere.
