Air Fryer Masala Farfalle Chips with Cumin Yogurt Dip

Cook pasta as per packaging instructions.

While pasta is cooking, whisk together all ingredients for the dip in a small bowl. Set aside.

Once pasta is cooked, drain and transfer to a large bowl and let it cool down slightly.

Add olive oil into cooked pasta, as well as all the other ingredients for the chips. Mix everything well, ensuring pasta is well coated.

Spray some oil on your air fryer basket, then place seasoned pasta in a single layer. Air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 6-8 mins, shaking pasta once midway while air frying.

Remove from air fryer, serve with prepared dip and garnish with chopped cilantro, if de:sired.
