Shred lauki and then squeeze out all water out of it. Mix bran flour,besan and bajari flour together.

Add all ingredients (except red chilli,kadipatta,sesame asphotida and mustard seeds) in bowl and form a nice thick dough. Now make long rolls and steam them for 15 minutes on low flame.

Once steamed cool them and cut in slices. Now prepare tadka in which add oil,sesame kadipatta,redchilly and asphotida.

In serving dish add our slices, top it with tadka and add add coconut and corridor for garnish. Serve with nice hot tea.
