Ingredients

  1. 1 cupnoodles
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1/2onion, chopped
  4. 1/2red pepper, chopped
  5. 1 can (8.5 oz)cream-style corn
  6. 1 can (10.75 oz)condensed tomato soup
  7. 1 can (8 oz)tomato sauce
  8. 1 jar (2 oz)pimentos, drained
  9. 1 tbspjalapeno, chopped
  10. 3/4 tspsalt
  11. 1/4 tspchili powder
  12. 1/8 tspground mustard
  13. 1/8 tsppepper
  14. 1 jar (4 oz)mushrooms, drained
  15. 3/4 cupcheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Add olive oil to Dutch oven. Add beef and onion until beef is cooked through. Add red peppers until done.

    Add creamed corn, condensed tomato soup, tomato sauce, pimentos, 1 tbsp jalapeno, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/8 tsp mustard, 1/8 tsp pepper, and mushrooms. Combine.

    Place into Pyrex container. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Freeze.

    When preparing, thaw overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook 4 oz noodles. Add to mixture. Cook casserole in 30 minute increments until done (160 degrees)
