Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • Meat mixture----------
  • 1 cupmushrooms mixture from mushroom Catsup see my recipe
  • 2-3/4 poundground beef
  • 5 ouncescroutons your favorite crushed
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 cupparmesan cheese grated
  • 8 ouncessour cream
  • 1 cupwater
  • toppings----------
  • 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cupcrushed croutons additional for topping

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Brown the ground beef with mushroom mixture.

    Crush the croutons

    Add to the beef mixture

    Let cook simmering for 6 minutes add in the grated parmesan cheese.

    Add the sour cream. Add water.

    Mix well smoothing out the top. Add the parmesan cheese for topping with crushed croutons. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
