Deep fry poha, kishmish, and peanuts.

Add deep fried dalia and cashews. Sprinkle all masalas onto the fried items and mix well.

Deep fry curry leaves, add them to the poha chivda, and mix well. Store in an airtight container.
Tips
Use thick poha only. I don't like sugar p, that's why I didn't add it. You can add if you like the taste.
