In a bowl take both the flours. Add all the spices.

Add water and with a help of whisk make a batter thin and of flowing consistency. Let it rest for 15 mins.

Heat a dosa tawa nicely and pour batter on it to make a dosa. Drizzle some oil and let it be golden n crisp.
