Soft Bread with Corn

I reproduced my favorite pastry bread from the bakery I often go to.
I use super camellia strong flour. Recipe by *sarasa*
Cooking Instructions

Knead all ingredients except for the ones marked with ○. Once everything has kneaded together add the butter and knead together.

Knead in the whole corn evenly, and allow to first rise until its size doubles.

Once the dough is complete, divide into 8 pieces and let sit for 15 minutes.
- 4
Make into nice round shapes and allow for the second rise.
- 5
Sprinkle with the strong flour and bake in the oven at 220°C for 13 minutes.

Soft and fluffy.

My friend told me about rising the dough in the microwave. So, I tried making the dough with yogurt and leftover whey, and it turned out to be really fluffy! Not sour at all. I've been making so many variations with different fillings.Use either bread or cake flour. If the dough is soft, please dust with extra flour. It will rise a lot during baking, so the filling will stick out. Use a fork to make lots of holes in the pastry. Please adjust the amount of salt and sugar because it's only mildly seasoned.
