Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bunchChinese chives
  2. 3Wiener sausages
  3. 3Chikuwa
  4. 1 tbsp☆Sake
  5. 1 tbsp☆Mirin
  6. 1 tbsp☆Soy sauce
  7. 2 tbsp☆Water
  8. 1for frying Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the sausages and chikuwa on the diagonal.

  2. 2

    Cut the chives into 4 cm strips.

  3. 3

    Add a little oil to the frying pan and fry the sausages and chikuwa.

  4. 4

    When they are browned, add the chives and lightly fry everything together.

  5. 5

    Add the ingredients marked ☆, simmer and it's done.
