Red Poha Cutlet Curry

Take 100g red poha, grind it. Now into add 3ts maida and 2ts cornflour.

Add salt as per taste, add water and make a tough dough.

Check the consistency of dough. Take a small lump of dough and give it a shape as per your wish.

Now fry the red poha cutlets, till they turn golden brown.

Check the colour of the cutlets. Now add 120gm curd, green chillies, 2 tomatoes in a grinder.

Also add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, grind it and make a paste. Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon and mustard seeds.

Grate a small piece of ginger, add the grinded paste, add salt.

Cook the masala for 5 minutes. When it gets cooked, add water and the fried cutlets, at last garnish with some coriander leaves. Tasty red poha cutlet curry is ready to be served.
