Asian Style Buttered Corn with Fish Sauce

It's the season for delicious fresh corn. Corn is great simply boiled, but my family recommends this way of eating it. It's a great drinking appetizer.
If you don't have fresh corn, use canned corn instead.
If you add too much fish sauce it will become too salty, so please adjust the amount depending on how much corn you have. For 1 serving (from 1 corn on the cob). Recipe by Ponie

Pan-Fried Cod with Butter Soy Sauce Pan-Fried Cod with Butter Soy Sauce
I love this combination of flavors for all kinds of seafood, including squid. My mother used to make this for me when I was growing up.Make sure to pan fry it until golden brown, then flip over.Cod falls apart easily when cooked, so use a spatula. If the fish is very thick, put a lid on the pan to make sure it cooks through. You can use any kind of fish you like, but if you use salted salmon or other salty fish, reduce the amount of soy sauce. Grilled Pork with Fish Sauce Grilled Pork with Fish Sauce
I love shio-buta (salt-cured pork), but adjusting the amount of salt is difficult. So I tried using nam pla for the marinade, and it went very well and the result was delicious. After marinating (or abandoning it?) for a week, it became really nice.It starts to mature after 3 days, so please let it marinate for at least that long. Please adjust the cooking time and temperature depending on your oven.I used the "two-way heat" setting on my oven, which doesn't require preheating. For about 10 slices. Recipe by Nekoyanagi shouten cookpad.japan -

Chinese Style Squid & Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce Chinese Style Squid & Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce
I really wanted to get the bok choy to soak up some flavor. I made this and it turned out really simple and delicious, so I uploaded it so you all could enjoy it too.If you have the Chinese seasonings, adding a little bit will strengthen the flavor and give it a Chinese feel (if you add too much it will become too salty), but just using oyster sauce is still delicious. If you cook the squid too much they will become tough. From the time you start cooking until it's finished, it will only take about 5 minutes. Recipe by Hanano arashi cookpad.japan
