Spinach & methi muthiya (tea time snack)

To make muthiya add all ingredients together and add little water at a time to make a dough. Grease your hands and shape the dough into small sizes muthiya. It can be round or oblong in shape.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry muthiya in batches on medium heat until golden brown in colour.
- 3
If be even seved as a snack with a tea or coffee.
