Corn In Coconut Gravy
Today's Lunch with Fulka Roti..
Steps

Boil the corn with salt and turmeric powder,then discard them from the cob.
Gring the peanuts.
Crush the onion and tomatoes.
Make other ingredients ready. - 2
Take oil in a pan.
Add mustard, Cumin seeds and asafoetida to crackle..
Then add curry leaves, Bay leaf and cinnamon sticks.
Add paste of onion tomatoes and sauté till oil release.
Now Add salt, chilli, coriander and turmeric powder and mix properly.then add water. - 3
When masala gets cooked,add crushed peanuts followed by desiccated coconut and mix well
When it starts boiling,add corn, chopped coriander, kitchen king masala and lemon juice.
Let it boil for 4-5 minutes then switch off the gas. - 4
Transfer in the bowl.
Serve with Fulka roti and Enjoy..😋👍🏻👌
