Take a kadai add oil and fry the appalam.

Keep separately.In the same kadai add gingely Oil.heat it.add mustard, Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves.

Add small onion,garlic and saute well.

Add tamarind juice and water.

Add sambar powder and boil it.

Put it in simmer and cook for 5minutes.

Add appalam and cook for two minutes.

Add jaggery and mix well.switch off the stove.

Now tasty appalam kulambu is ready.
