Seafood Sauce

Every Christmas Eve our family has a steak dinner and we always like to start with shrimp cocktails. Store bought seafood sauce just doesn't cut when it comes to tasty shrimp (which we boil ourselves). After tasting this, you won't go back either.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. The exact amounts will depend on how hot your horseradish is and how much kick you like in your sauce.
- 2
It's best to prepare the sauce a couple of hours ahead so the flavours have time to mingle. The hoseradish might get a little stronger after sitting as well.
- 3
Store in the refrigerator. Keeps for a few days. The shrimp probably won't though, if you are dipping them in this sauce!
