Wok with Shrimp and Vegetables

Cooking Instructions

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut all the vegetables into julienne strips, keeping the onion separate, also cut into julienne strips.

In a pan with oil, heat it up and fry the shrimp with parsley, then remove them.

In the same pan, add all the vegetables except the onion, which will be added later.

Once the vegetables are slightly cooked, add the onion. Once the onion is cooked, remove the vegetables.

In the same pan, add the shrimp again and add the paprika. Stir a few times and set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, turn off the heat, let them sit in the water for 4 minutes, then drain.

Transfer the noodles to the pan and stir a few times.

Add the vegetables and mix well so all the ingredients combine.

Add the shrimp and soy sauce, and continue stirring so everything is well coated.
