Fried indomie with eggs

Ingredients

  1. 250 gindomie
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/4 cupwater
  4. 2ripe tomatoes
  5. Garlic
  6. 1onion
  7. Capsicum
  8. Cooking oil
  9. 1/4 tspSalt
  10. 1/2 tspcurry powder

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the onion, garlic and capsicum. Start by frying the onions the add the garlic and capsicum.

    When the onion or garlic bits start to have a golden brown colour. Chop the tomatoes and add in.

    Let the tomatoes cook till they are soft enough to smash. add the salt, curry powder and bumbu sauce.

    Break the indomie or you can put it whole as per your liking. put it in the tomato paste.

    Add the water and cover it. Put it in low heat. Check on it after 5 min. When the noodles start to soften, stir till all the water evaporates.

    Break the eggs and beat them to a fine mixture. Add it to the noodles and cover it. Cook with low heat for 5 min.

    Stir the noodles carefull to avoid breaking the noodles.

    Stir till the eggs are cooked well and it's ready to serve.
