  2. 2 1/2 cupsmilk (about 600 grams)
  3. 2eggs
  4. 3 tablespoonsflour (about 25 grams)

    Heat the milk.

    Heat the sugar in a tall saucepan until it turns into a golden caramel. In another bowl, mix the eggs and flour.

    Pour half of the milk over the caramel. Be careful of splashes. Let it cook gently until the bubbles stop. Pour the other half over the egg mixture and mix well.

    Combine the two mixtures and cook, stirring, until thickened. Pour into a dish, let cool for an hour before refrigerating for 4 hours.
