Methi Bajri Mini Pudla
An easy way to consume bajri

First, ready all the ingredients. Addin the ingredients into the flours.

Add in all the ingredients and mix. Add in required quantity of water and make a thick batter

Check and add salt. I also added some pounded pepper powder. Now mix vigorously for 3-5 minutes. Put drops of oil on tawa.

Put batter and sprinkle til on top side.

Cover and cook on slow gas for 3-4 minutes. Put drops of oil on top side. Turn when base side is nicely cooked.

Cook the til-side also well. When done turn again and cook for 1 minute. Then serve hot with vegetable raita and green chutney.

Enjoy fluffy soft and delicious pudlas with family and friends.
