Grandma's Chicken Drumsticks in Sauce

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a pot, heat a splash of olive oil and add the seasoned chicken drumsticks. Let them brown on both sides.

While the chicken is cooking, chop the vegetables: onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, carrots, and slice the garlic cloves (size doesn't matter as we will blend them).

Remove the drumsticks and add all the vegetables to the same pot with a little salt. Sauté them, stirring occasionally.

Once the vegetables are soft, add the tomato and continue sautéing.

Once everything is cooked, blend it to make the sauce.

Return the sauce to the pot over medium-low heat, add half a cup of white wine, and let the alcohol evaporate. After about 2-3 minutes, add the tablespoon of flour and mix well.

Add the reserved drumsticks and a bit of paprika.

Mix well and cover with water. Let it cook for about 20-30 minutes, adjusting the salt to taste.
