  1. 6-7chicken drumsticks
  2. 1 cupchopped red bell pepper (about 150 grams)
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 cupchopped green bell pepper (about 150 grams)
  5. 1 cupchopped carrots (about 150 grams)
  6. 1tomato
  7. 3 clovesgarlic
  8. 1 tablespoonall-purpose flour
  9. 1/2 cupwhite wine
  10. Paprika
  11. Black pepper
  12. Salt
  13. Water

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    In a pot, heat a splash of olive oil and add the seasoned chicken drumsticks. Let them brown on both sides.

    While the chicken is cooking, chop the vegetables: onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, carrots, and slice the garlic cloves (size doesn't matter as we will blend them).

    Remove the drumsticks and add all the vegetables to the same pot with a little salt. Sauté them, stirring occasionally.

    Once the vegetables are soft, add the tomato and continue sautéing.

    Once everything is cooked, blend it to make the sauce.

    Return the sauce to the pot over medium-low heat, add half a cup of white wine, and let the alcohol evaporate. After about 2-3 minutes, add the tablespoon of flour and mix well.
