Steps

#1- Reheat Oven 230c, 450f, Gas Mark 8.
#2- in a bowl add semolina, butter, oil mix well, cover and leave over night.
#3- mix water, sugar and sprinkle the yeast on top, let to rest till gets frothy.
#4- now add plain flour, milk powder, powder sugar, nutmeg, baking powder, salt, mix well.

#5- then add milk, vanilla, yeast mixture, rose water and mix well, cover and leave it for 2 hour.
#6- add the pistachio in a chopper and blend till, place it in a bowl and add sugar, water and mix well, make small balls, cover and keep aside (optional step).
#7- add the dates in a chopper and blend till smooth, place it in a bowl add the oil and mix well, make small balls, cover and keep aside.

#8- take the dough and make a small ball, flatten it on your palms, add the filling and cover it well, now follow the process as shown in the pictures or different fillings, place on a baking tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or till golden on the top.

#9- once baked leave to cool, dust powder sugar.
#10- serve and enjoy with tea or coffee☕
#Tip:
You can use just date paste or mix with other nuts or just nuts filling choices is yours.
