Kesar Pista Custard Powder Pudding
Steps

Take 3/4 th cup milk from the 500ml milk.

Mix 3 tbsp custard powder to the milk to form a paste.

Now boil the remaining milk and add the sugar

Add the custard paste slowly into the boiling milk, stir continuously and cook for 2 minutes until thickened.

Once done,pour the custard into moulds and let it set in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Once set, remove from moulds, garnish with chopped pistachio and serve.
