In one pot put wheat flour.

Add powdered sugar and ghee mix

Wash and peel beetroot make juice keep aside.

Now Beetroot juice in wheat flour and make dough.

Cover and keep aside for half an hour.

After half an hour take half portion of dough and roll out in thick round.

Cut in small squares.

Heat ghee or oil in pan.put in small portion deep fry at medium heat for 2-3 mnts.

Remove from fire. keep aside

Store in airtight container.serve anytime.
