Steps
- 1
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Lightly warm the noodles in the microwave. Heat about 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, and without breaking apart the noodles, fry both sides until golden brown, then place them on a plate.
- 3
In the frying pan, stir-fry the thinly sliced pork (this time using pork belly) and add the vegetables to stir-fry.
- 4
Add mentsuyu and water to the frying pan from step 3, bring to a boil, and add grated ginger (or ginger juice).
- 5
Dissolve potato starch in an equal amount of water and gradually add it while stirring with a ladle to thicken.
- 6
Pour the hot thick sauce over the noodles, and it's ready to serve!
