Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 2 slicescanned pineapple
  2. 2 tablespoonspineapple juice from the can
  3. 2/3 cupmilk (about 150 ml)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pineapple into pieces and freeze it with the juice in a container.

    Blend the partially crushed frozen pineapple and milk in a blender.

    If using fresh pineapple

    Freeze 100g of pineapple with half the milk, then blend with the remaining milk and 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of honey.
